杨志灵

 

 

  一、个人简介

  杨志灵,男,1986年12月生,山东潍坊人。风景园林学和风景园林专业硕士/博士生导师。2008年本科毕业于西北农林科技大学农学专业;2013年博士毕业于中科院植物研究所植物学专业;2013-2015年于北京林业大学任讲师;2015-2021年于德国马克思普朗克化学生态学研究所进行博士后研究;现任中科院西双版纳热带植物园生物互作与演化研究组组长。曾获中国科学院朱李月华优秀博士生奖、梁希青年论文二等奖,候选中科院“百人计划”。共发表SCI论文15篇,其中以第一(共同第一)或通讯作者在Nature Communications、Plant Cell、New Phytologist等主流杂志发表SCI论文7篇。

  二、从事学科领域和研究方向

  从事进化生态学研究方向。目前主要以十字花科植物及其植食性昆虫为研究对象,综合多组学方法解析植物防御植食性昆虫的机制以及昆虫对其的适应机制,并结合进化生物学方法探究植物防御和昆虫反防御机制的协同进化。

  2、国家自然科学基金青年项目,“杨树几丁质酶基因家族抗病原真菌的作用机制研究”,项目批准号:31400574,起止年限:2015-2017,25万,主持。
